#16911: IMAP delete does not "expunge" and shows as "new" in Outlook and other
clients

IMAP client, when email is deleted and (correctly) marked as deleted, the
email remains in the server mailbox - this is a strategy from 1990-ies,
not well supported by most modern imap clients, including Outlook,
Thunderbird etc.
Please add an option to always call "EXPUNGE" after delete and make it a
default.
Outlook shows such emails as deleted but unread.
The latest build, both x86 and x86_64, real hardware, VBOX and VMWare
