Comment (by thaflo):

Regarding the menu, Clipdinger behaves like Tipster here.
 pref lang 1: English
 pref lang 2: Italian
 pref lang 3: German

All languages seem to work except English. If I put English as preferred
language number 1 I always get the menu in the language set as number 2.

Removing Italian and German from the preferred list, the menu is in
 English.

 Replying to [comment:6 Starcrasher]:

Tipster tips are not catalogs but text files loaded from
/boot/system/data/Tipster. That could explain why  they behave differently
from app menu and are always translated.

I replicated the problem with Tipster menu putting English (UK) first
and French second, the app menu remains in French. There's no translation
file for French so I don't know if tips are switching or not.

I wasn't able to replicate the problem with Clipdinger.
Replicants menu need a Tracker & Deskbar restart to be translated
correctly.  So, Clipboard monitor replicant menu  is half translated until
 you do it.

Checked different apps didn't find one with same problem.
