 Vidrep says this occurs very often for him:

 <vidrep_64> There's one issue I'm seeing about 50% of by boots when using
 64 bit nightly - no Tracker

 I have seen it before, too, but not that frequently. Seems worth
 investigating. Vidrep, please do collect a serial log; and if you know
 how, a KDL log of where Debugger is stuck trying to generate a debug
 report.
