This is hrev54487.

When the system font is set to 11pt (Noto Sans Display), the scrollbars
of at least Tracker and StyledEdit don't quite fit:

Tracker:\\
[[Image(StyledEdit_scrollbars.png)]]

StyledEdit:\\
[[Image(Trackert_scrollbars.png)]]

Worked on Beta2.

New description:

 This is hrev54487.
