There is a class in Deskbar called TInlineScrollView to scroll a BMenuBar
that could be repurposed for this. It adds little left and right arrows to
the end of the menu bar so that you can scroll back and forth, the mouse
wheel works too. Open a lot of apps to see rhis in action. It’s easier to
trigger with a bigger icon size setting. It works for both vertical and
horizontal menu bars. It could easily work with BToolBar too.
