It seems to do better when I make the following changes:
Replace all "<acronym "with "<abbr " as well as also
replace these:
<h1><a id="start" name="start">Welcome to Haiku's Quick Tour</a></h1>
with
<h1><a id="start" >Welcome to Haiku's Quick Tour</a></h1>
