This is probably a bug within the driver itself. I don't think many people
on FreeBSD use this device (or at least quickly disable and enable it) so
it may be up to us to look into a fix.
It appears to be a pretty standard NULL dereference. I may have time to
look into things next week if nobody else gets to it first.
