#16141: Repositories: New repository add text box is not movable

The text box that appears when "+" button is pressed is not movable, it
just stays where it appears. It is possible to workaround this by moving
the main window instead, but it is not intuitive, and not good UX.
Curious, this type of modal boxes are supposed to be fixed-coordinated? Is
it possible to make them movable?
