#16026: Intermitent Deskbar crash on Quit/Shutdown

This is going on since quite a while.
The Deskbar crash when i shutdown. It seem i need to use the system quite
a while (usually a day) for it to happen. If i quit the deskbar and make
it crash and then shutdown, everything is fine.
Included is the report (it can be produced fine, and then the system
continue to shutdown).
This is 32 bit version.
