I'm using my phone as a wifi hotspot at the moment due to my DSL line
being cut (wiring error at the DSLAM, it seems...)
Anyway, I can't push changes to Gerrit. Some TCP packets are exchanged and
then it stalls. Attaching a pcap, which is quite small and short.
