EDIT2: also, this ticket is listed as "normal" priority on "Unscheduled"
 milestone, which seems... A little under-handed.

 IMO all crashes and KDL's should be tagged as high priority and set to
 next available milestone. It's not good QA practice at all to leave these
 tickets unscheduled.

 Maybe a script could be written to automate this, e.g. words like "crash"
 and "KDL" can automatically set ticket attributes (if not set already).
