#15497: Progress bars not updating while downloading

This is hrev53552, 32bit
When updating from that hrev to hrev53597, I noticed that the blue
progress bar at the top and the green bars to the right of the package
icons aren't updated while the package is being downloaded.\\
Only when the download of the package has finished, the icon progress bar
popped to 100% (and maybe the top progress bar flickered to 100%, to be
immediately going back to 0% of the next package).
