Only for English, inline and unfinished, but will continue with it
tomorrow if that's the kind of thing you want.
No UI for it yet, but can be used both as slides and as all-in-one page.
Just call `toggleFormat()` to change.
There's currently a problem in Web+ when scrolling (been working in Linux
Firefox), but as that's only to update the navdots in the one-page mode,
it can be removed if I don't make it work.
