Design goals:
* Provide cli tool an on-disk repository
* Tool looks at packages in repo, and solves the dependencies of each.
* Any "uninstallable" packages are reported back
Nice to haves:
* Flags to "ignore dependencies" such as packages depending on "haiku"
Example usage:
