 That's what I'm saying, yes, the pkgman command should allow updating a
 single package with something like "pkgman update haiku" or some similar
 command line (not in front of an Haiku machine to check the exact command,
 sorry). This would update just the Haiku package which is only a few
 megabytes of download.
