CC axeld: Can you look over this? I think I agree with simonsouth here
that sending KEY/MOUSE/etc. messages to a view's MessageReceived, instead
of calling the hooks from BWindow, makes more sense. But it does indeed
seem the current behavior matches BeOS; so I'd like you to double-check
that you don't see a problem with that, or if you could remember one :)
