I have a CD with several tracks
I open Media Player.
I open the Playlist [alt-p]
I “open” the CD and drag the “files” into the playlist.
Things go good at first.
It is very fragile.
Often, after a while, MediaPlayer will be playing the file and there will
be no sound.
