Comment:
We restrict permissions on tickets for a reason. I don't think it's
possible to grant permissions to edit ticket bodies without also granting
permission to edit other parts of the ticket, which we don't want to
allow. Generally users should not need to edit ticket bodies; you can add
a comment clarifying the situation.
