 How did you enter KDL? For USB keyboards, you *must* do it via the
 keyboard shortcut, not via the Terminal {{{kernel_debugger}}} command.

 For ipro1000: yes, it's sounding more like a memory corruption issue. I
 saw something like that on VirtualBox but thought it was a fluke. Time to
 make a guarded heap build.
