Fix dead URLs in Haiku website list of conferences replacing them with
archived versions. The official website links could stay as text,
(example: <a href="http://archivedlink";>http://originallink</a>) but the
dead links should change in the following cases:
In https://www.haiku-os.org/conference/
SCaLE 7x Los Angeles:
http://scale7x.socallinuxexpo.org ->
https://www.socallinuxexpo.org/scale7x/
WhyFLOSS Conference (there is not an archived source of the entry, but
there is one of the general schedule)
http://www.whyfloss.com/es/conference/laplata08/program/130 ->
https://web.archive.org/web/20090228153336/http://www.whyfloss.com/es/conference/laplata08/program
Live eTIC Party Université Montpellier 2008
http://linux-live-usb.org/ip/index.php ->
https://web.archive.org/web/20081120053905/http://linux-live-
usb.org/ip/index.php
etc.
It is just replace the original URL with an archived version in Internet
Archive, or sometimes with the new location of the conference page when
was moved without a redirect.
The same should be done to the conferences subpages too.
