#14927: HaikuDepot doesn't show any packages

the "url" should have been a uuid or something (see my past complaining +
attempted fixes lol)
baseURL is the actual repository location. In the case of haiku's repos.
I added "hpkg.haiku-os.org" as the identifier, and eu.hpkg.haiku-os.org as
the repo.
The sysadmin team could likely add some "informative" static page at hpkg
.haiku-os.org about it being a identifier and not an actual repo. (kind
of like the page I added at eu.hpkg.haiku-os.org)
