#14876: Empty LaunchBox buttons can't be removed

Empty LaunchBox buttons can't be removed because upon right-click no
context menu shows up that would allow this choice.

Right now a user has to first fill the button with an icon and then choose
'Remove button' from the menu (as a workaround).

Another thing I noticed is that the LaunchBox window can't be resized by
dragging the corner, while this corner suggests that it can (but maybe
 this needs another ticket).
