It won't work and show an error: "This page contains the following errors:
error on line 26 at column 8: opening and ending tag mismatch: link line 0
and head"
Note that the same page works correctly if opened from here:
https://gibberlings3.github.io/iesdp/main.htm
Otter browser opens the file correctly.
