#14449: [x86_64] hrev52309 does not boot

New installation of Haiku 64-bit from Anyboot CD in VirtualBox does not
boot. Looks like boot record is not written.
Older version did work (but it was many hrevs ago, sorry, can't remember
which one i installed as i kept it updated and removed old packages to
save space) and updating it with SoftwareUpdater did not brake anything -
it still boots fine in VirtualBox.
