#14438: Debugger (enhancement): show progress bar for debug packages

When attaching the Debugger for the first time, there is a dialog which
opens to download a set of debug packages. Some of these, such as
gcc_x86_debuginfo are very large, and take a while to download and
install. It gives the appearance of a frozen app.
My suggestion is a progress bar, or even opening a terminal window for the
pkgman installation progress.
