Trac doesn't appear to be localized anymore. I can't select another
language at least in the preferences.\\
I guess we can close the ticket. Personally I don't see a need for a
localized Trac interface as long as we don't accept "localized" bug
reports. Anyone capable to create/understand an informative English
bugreport should have no problem understanding the English Trac GUI.
