 Replying to [ticket:13534 waddlesplash]:

As in title. This will remove a lot of dependencies from the core haiku
 package and potentially make bootstraps easier, as well as making it
 possible to boot the system in text-only (consoled) mode.


 But the post-installation of system add-ons such as translators must not
 be omitted.
