#13497: FilePanel lost buttons

Since I updated to hrev51165, whenever I open a File Panel to select a
file, such FilePanel window, will show no more the buttons:

The only way to see the buttons again, is to delete the file
FilePanelSettings present under ~/config/settings/Tracker, until the
buttons disappears again, and I have to delete again such file and so on.
I attach this file (which maybe suffers corruption, see also ticket:12887)
