This is because of http://cgit.haiku-
os.org/haiku/commit/src/apps/webpositive?id=905ee3fb8fde036bd8233479ca7b82df069bf62f.
When creating a new tab, Web+ automatically focuses the URL bar, so the
URL is "locked" and cannot be set.
