#13259: LauchBox should snap to display edge

I use 2 LaunchBox panel, they are located at the left bottom corner.
I use them without Tab and window frame, and that's why it doesn1t snap to
the display edge.
Maybe it is just my OCD, but i like to see them perfectly aligned, and as
every screen resolution change can move them avay it takes me plenty time
to get them correctly aligned again.
It would be nice to have them snap automatically to eachother and to the
screen edge.
