This happens when the repos you have are somehow corrupted (maybe it tried
to download the checksum and got an error page from the server, or from a
login-wall in a public wifi).
You can re-add the repositories with pkgman add-repo, it could fix the
problem. But we need some validation because {{{<?xml version="1.0"
encoding="UTF-8"?>}}} definitely isn't a valid repo checksum.
