Comment (by vidrep):

 Actually the tab you have shown is the "Paper Setup"; incorrectly
 identified as the "page Setup" (another bug). There should be a second
 selection available for the actual "Page Setup" (screenshot1), which when
 selected should provide adjustments for color, print quality and page
 range etc (screenshot2). Please try again. I think you're missing a step
 somewhere.
