Haiku needs a graphical event/syslog viewer. This would just be a GUI for
viewing logs produced by the Launch Daemon, Syslog Daemon etc.
Implementations on other systems include: Windows Event Viewer,
KSystemLog, Apple system Console, Gnome Log File Viewer.
