does it always result in 31.1429 for any input? Because I got a similar
value on my laptop while trying to get 68.9MHz. Looks like maybe the
computation is not run at all?
I also see both P and N are at their max value in either case. Could it be
that some loop is backwards (n = max_n; n < min_n; n++ or so?)
