This is hrev49842.
Two issues when adding a bookmark (ALT+B):
Currently, Web+ compares to the existing bookmark's file name. If a user
has edited the file name (instead of the more appropriate "Title"
attribute), a duplicate will be added.[[BR]]
Possible solution: Compare to "URL" attribute instead.
When trying to add a bookmark that would be a duplicate, the bookmark's
icon should be updated with the site's favicon.
