This is a change so that HaikuDepot can be run with an additional argument
in order to force the HDS server that it will talk to for that run. This
is required because otherwise it is not possible to test HD with the test
HDS server. This change is also handy for development of HDS locally; to
help with this it will also cope with HTTP and HTTPS schemes.
Also, there are changes in the test HDS server at the moment that require
a repository code to be provided. For the time being, I have hard-coded
the repository code to "haikudepot" in the HD source.
