I don't know what "Tracker dropboxes" are.
The non-hybrid builds of Haiku should have mostly everything available.
the only exception is WebPositive will not be available in an x86_gcc2
non-hybrid.
Have you initialized your target volume before installing? I think
installing over a previous install could cause such problems. Make sure to
install on an empty/freshly formatted volume.
