BButton got some improvements lately, making it more suitable for use in a
toolbar:
* Support for icons (of configurable size)
* Support for a popup menu
This gets the job done for a simple toolbar, which is essentially an
horizontal BGroupLayout with buttons in it. We can go further with drag
and drop/moveable buttons support, but I'm not sure if this is an useful
feature for the standard API; or better left for apps to handle on their
own.
