Comment:
The window is locked in BNetworkInterface::ConfigureInterface, which waits
for a reply from the net_server. The net_server is itself locked in
NetServer::_QuitLooperForDevice trying to lock the looper. It seems the
looper is locked waiting for DHCP negociation.
