Updated to hrev48189 - problem is still present.
Media add-on server crash (see attached debug report)
Restart media services -->everything indicates a working system (hardware,
volume replicant, mixer etc)
No audio output whatsoever
Sometimes opening media preferences freezes and I have to kill the
application from team monitor.
Can you suggest a set of tests to determine cause?
