As discussed on a [//www.freelists.org/post/haiku-commits/haiku-
hrev47866-in-src-appswebpositive-kitsnetworklibnetapi,1 commit list
thread], menu item labels shouldn't change, e.g. "Show toolbar" <-> "Hide
toolbar". Instead the label should always be the action, i.e. "Show
toolbar" and get a checkmark if the toolbar is currently shown.
These applications should be changed accordingly:
* Expander's "Show|Hide contents"
* ActivityMonitor's "Show|Hide legend"
