If this was actually a delayed start of audio it might be fixed by
hrev54464. The syslog also seems to indicate that the sample rates for the
streams were changed without restarting media services. Prior to the other
recent HDA fixes, changing sample rates would possibly have lead to random
memory corruption. As the system mixer sample rate doesn't adjust to the
changed output sampling rate, it would also not have worked without
restarting media services. Please retest under a recent nightly that
includes these fixes.
