Have bias for action and all of the companies that [Cleanse Ultimo] do not
classified would not come into the excellence category do things when they
get around to it you call them up we have a problem complaint here from
three or four weeks later but the excellent companies you call tithe
problem complained Bangor some be back to you in two minutes if you ever
want to experience i_b_m_ called Hewlett Packard aunts and having a
problem are getting some information and having problem with my they won't
let you off the phone until they've taken care of you call the other
companies that say it’s not my job they say the guy who takes care that is
in here when we back I don't know can you take a message I don't have
pencil you know your spoken to those people and then they can understand
why they’re struggling you know that eighty twenty percent of the
companies make eighty percent of the profits in every industry.
