The way I see it, we could have deskbar group windows by S&T groups
instead of by application.
That being said, we need to improve our decorators before this can work
nicely. At the very least we should have an API for attaching an icon to a
window, and have DeskBar show it. We also need to better manage stacked
groups with lots of windows (with a popup window list maybe) and a few
other similar features.
