#10409: NFS4: KDL trying to delete an empty folder ---------------------------------+---------------------------- Reporter: stippi | Owner: pdziepak Type: bug | Status: new Priority: normal | Milestone: R1 Component: File Systems/NFS4 | Version: R1/Development Resolution: | Keywords: Blocked By: | Blocking: Has a Patch: 0 | Platform: All ---------------------------------+---------------------------- Description changed by stippi: Old description: > On my notebook, I've exported the home folder as NFS4 share. I can mount > this in Haiku and cd into it and ls -la in the Terminal. But when I try > to look at the root of the share in Tracker, I go into KDL, see attached > Picture. My suspicion is it may have to do with many .dot files and > folders. When I cd somewhere deeper into the share hierachy from within > Terminal, and open Tracker on the current folder there, Tracker displays > the files just fine. The two KDLs I saw both had to do with looking at > .dot files. Once was with .ssh and the other with .config. New description: Sorry, the previous description was all wrong, I remember what I did to produce this crash: I was just trying to delete an empty folder from the share. The folder containing that folder only contained that single entry I wanted to delete. -- -- Ticket URL: <http://dev.haiku-os.org/ticket/10409#comment:2> Haiku <http://dev.haiku-os.org> Haiku - the operating system.
