 Yes, but that means you need to add that one line of code everywhere where
 you change it. So it's just more boilerplate and makes diffs to switch
 code over to BStackOrHeapArray bigger. I fail to see a gain there. Maybe I
 would if you could provide an example for a situation where it's non-
 obvious?
