 It might be fixed, but If the problem was in some way cache or TLB-
 related, it's possible that the new scheduler is simply hiding it by
 virtue of properly supporting affinity, as with the previous scheduler the
 thread would have constantly been core hopping, which is no longer the
 case. It would probably be worth analyzing it on a revision where it still
 occurs just to be sure, as if it is in fact still present, it might simply
 crop up in more subtle or harder to analyze ways now.
