Tried multiple installs with 46500 image and 46508 image, booting from
both CD drive and USB drive. Both CD image files exhibited similar
behaviour when trying to boot and install from CD:
CD image with USB keyboard and mouse - intermittently boots to installer
dialog screen without keyboard or mouse functions. 40% of the time it
would hang on last boot screen icon.
CD image with PS/2 keyboard and mouse - always boots to installer dialog
screen with keyboard functional, intermittent mouse. Whether selecting
"installer" or "Live CD" with keyboard always activates "Live CD" only -
cannot select installer. Once on "Live CD" has full USB and PS/2 keyboard
and mouse functions. Can then activate installer and install to HD
normally.
Anyboot image from USB drive - USB and PS/2 keyboard and mouse are fully
supported and installs to HD normally - no issues.
