 Mmh, I'm a bit clueless ATM. The TLB invalidation issue theory is off the
 table I guess. The test with the `tlb` command failed and at least
 according to the output the invalidation is done correctly. Since the
 paging structure entries look good, something must be set up incorrectly
 on that CPU (like CR4, but that seems very unlikely). That would at least
 explain, why the KDL can be continued eventually -- when the thread is
 scheduled to CPU 0, which apparently is set up correctly -- but it leaves
 me wondering why everything still works so well.
