Hi,
I decided it was finally time to make an hpkg for xicon, and it
all seems to be working, except that the correct distinctive icons
for xicon scripts don't appear when the package is first installed.
A reboot is needed, and then everything appears as it should.
(The icons actually work immediately, but just look like text files.)
I can't find any way to persuade the Tracker to show the icons
without a reboot. I think in the 'old days' using a SETUP script
would make the icons visible, but doing the equivalent (doing
mimeset on xicon and then running it) now does nothing.
Is there any way to persuade the Tracker to update things on
installation?
